Sdmc — Sdmc worker was rude to my mother and he refused to collect the garbage

Sdmc worker was rude to my mother and he refused to collect the garbage. He has done it number of times. When i told him, i will complain about this his attitude was so casual towards it, he said “ karlena jo karna hai”. It’s a humble request to please take a strict action towards it because this is clearly exploitation of the normal people.
