Sdmc — Subject: Stray Cows in area, illegal and unauthorized animal husbandry.

Refer to captioned subject, it is to be submitted that I am active resident of Sangam Vihar, i am writing this letter to draw your kind attention towards the problem which we resident of gali no. 1b ratiya marg sangam vihar, new delhi-110062 face due to stray cows and this is not about the problem we faced this is also for the cows which are living in vulnerable condition, they are eating garbage, plastic, indigestible materials and sharp objects they develop complicated conditions because of which many end up with fatal injuries apart from that these animals urinate or relieve themselves on the roads. This adds to the already existing problem of cleanliness in the area, also most of the cows eat out of the garbage and, in the process of littering waste matter on the roads.

Further added free roaming on streets is threat to humans as well as to the animals. These animals cause traffic jams as well as accidents, I have already written to the concerned authorities on this but no action has been taken so far. Added further these stray cows harmed a lot of residents and urinate and relieve themselves in front of every house in the resident area, this calls up many problems due to vulnerable cleanliness conditions in the area.

Mr. Ashu Bhati S/o Yogendera Bhati has been running illegal, unhygienic and unauthorized animal husbandry at h.no 1018 gali no. 1b ratiya marg sangam vihar new delhi-110062 since more than 5 years. Animals are creating problem in whole locality including ratiya marg road and batra hospital road, whole day and night cows are roaming in streets in cluster and it is difficult for people to move out in the street but the core issue is they keep the cow in streets for milking in morning and evening and for the rest of the day those animals roam in the streets.

I believe these animals would do well if they were to be placed in animal care units. I request you to take necessary actions before more harm is caused. Your efforts in this regard would be appreciated by everyone.
