I tried to pay my property tax this year but due to entire change of your website, which is utterly non-user friendly, i was totally confused confused even though i consider myself computer literate. I did find my property on the first search but wanted to add a correspondence address that is different from the property address and clicked submit. I got the message that my property is successfully registered! Even though it was already registered under the property id/ upic as i have been paying tax for decades. It seems the property has got registered twice since when i click 'action' on the webpage i get the message that this 'upic is already registered - contact sdmc office'! There should be a provision to delete an erroneous registration instead of asking to contact the god-forsaken mcd office. Needless to mention, there is no email response from [protected]@mcd. Nic.in for weeks! Nor the customer care number is ever answered. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I considet myself as computer literate and am submitting SDMC property tax online for more than five years ( & have receipts to prove it) When I tried to log in new system with UPIC, got the details OK, but then it went on asking for details again. Totally confusing. After laptop I tried thro' mobile. at the end got message I have been successfully registered. When tried to log in for tax deposit. It responded UPIC is being used, contact SDMC proo tax office. Being a senior citizen of 77+, I extensively use net for all sorts of transaction. But the older system was much better. NIC developed system us hopeless.

I am trying to pay my property tax online but it does not show my property under registered. When i search by UPIC id it shows and when I click Action button it shows that UPIC ID is already in use. I am really worried that how can I pay tax. I am a senior citizen and cannot run to MCD office due to health issues. If MCD personnel are reading this, please help me.
