Sdmc — Unauthorized floor constructed in west sagarpur

Respected sir/madam,
It is to bring to your notice that an unauthorized house had been already constructed on fifth floor in sagarpur west, which comes under najafgarh zone of South Delhi municipal corporation. The building address is RZ-I-121, GALI NO. 8, NEAR SHAKUNTALA NURSING HOME, WEST SAGARPUR, NEW DELHI - 110046.

As it is already known that fifth floor housing is unauthorized in west sagarpur, I urge you to take immediate action against the same.

The floor was constructed on the backside, attached with the terrace and the front side is kept open so it seems at the first glance that there is no housing apartment created and it's is just an opening to the terrace but to the contrary, the builder had built this unauthorized floor of 50 hajj space and sold it at cheaper rates to the residents of the floor. We are unsure if they have any legal documents of the floor or not.

The residents of the fifth floor have also occupied the entire terrace and have scattered all their belongings. The residents of the fifth floor (unauthorized floor) even have locked the door of the terrace, at many instances, without any consultation with other residents in the building. This has caused serious troubles to the building residents.

Please look into this matter and take all necessary actions that are applicable in this case.

सविनय निवेदन यह है कि, मेरे घर की इमारत, जिसका पता है, RZ-I-121, GALI NO.8, NEAR SHAKUNTALA NURSING HOME, WEST SAGARPUR, NEW DELHI-110046, के नीचे एक कबाड़ी की दुकान खुली हुई है। वह दुकान किराए पे ली गई है। मैं ठीक उसके ऊपर वाले फ्लोर में रहती हूं।

समस्या यह है कि उस दुकान से पूरा दिन शोर आता रहता है और पूरा समय हथोडा चलने की आवाज आती है, जिसके कारण ना तो बच्चे ठीक से पढ़ पाते है और पूरा समय सरदर्द बना रहता है। इतना ही नहीं, उसने अपनी बाइक भी हमारे मुख्य दरवाजे के सामने खड़ी करी हुई जिससे हमें अपने वाहन निकालने में परेशानी होती है।

इसके अलावा, उस कबाड़ी वाले ने एक सब्जी वाले को उसका सब्जी का ठेला लगाने हेतु जगह प्रदान की है, जिससे समस्या और अधिक बढ़ गई है क्यूंकि उस सब्जी वाले का ठेला पूरा समय एक ही जगह खड़ा रहता है। अक्सर सड़क पे चलती गाड़ियों को आने जाने में दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ता है और सड़क पर बहुत ट्रैफिक और शोर हो जाता है जिससे बहुत तकलीफ होती है। हमने काफी बार उस सब्जीवाले को उसका ठेला हटाने के लिए कहा है, परन्तु वह सुनता नहीं है और अपने ठेले को ज्यो का त्यों वहीं स्तिथ करे रखता है।

इससे पहले भी नीचे एक लोहा और वेल्डिंग की दुकान खुली थी। उससे भी बहुत शोर आता है। हमने आपकी सहायता से ही वह दुकान बंद करवाई थी। आपसे पुनः प्राथना है कि इस बार भी इस समस्या पे गंभीरता से और तत्काल सुनवाई हो व समस्या का समाधान जल्द से जल्द किया जाए।
