Sdmc — unidentified commercial use ladder kept in front of the house

I am a resident of 7/13, 1st floor, jangpura extension, new delhi-14. There is an unidentified commercial use ladder (Probably used for changing street lights) kept in front of our house/, building which is consuming our parking space. As you are already aware the space for parking vehicles is already quite less in the old established areas. We had asumed that it belonged to bses as they have their office and godown there but we have been informed that it belongs to mcd as such we request you to remove the unused ladder from there and enable us to utilise the space for parking our vehicles. We request you yo resolve the issue.
