[Resolved] Sds Solution — They are threatening me to attend the High court of Gujarat | |
Hi, am sirisha in 2018 i have enrolled for a home based job in quikr.com ..One day i got a call from one company SDS Solution her name is B.Nidhi, she has sent me the details of the project and i have done it in time..But at last they told me you have not succeeded the target so you have to pay the amount Rs.5, 400/- ..Afterthat i have paid an amount of Rs.5, 400/- still i got a threaten calls from them we will file a complaint like that..I have informed to her, that am getting calls she told me that she will talk to her superior ..ok fine after that i didnt get any calls from them, . after that i asked for NOC but they didnt respond to my calls and mails. But yesterday i got a call from one advocate sanjay patel from Gujarat High Court that he is demanding me to pay Rs.32, 500/-. Otherwise you have to attend the court on 01.03.2021. This is very embarassing that after two years again they are torturing like this. This is not fair to play the game with un-employed people.. Here am attaching some screenshots from my side. Thank you for the main department, they have resolved my issue regarding SDS solution.
I got a mail from Consumer Helpline today.
This is from the consumer complaint government site, we are here to tell you that, we have talked to the company and they said that you will not receive any call or message/mail from their side and by chance if you receive anything, then you can provide company's contact number to me, we will call to them and talk with them behalf of you also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer complaint site only then, company will stop calling and mailing you, And we did this with the help of our main department, they usually manage the main issues as of yours, company is going to cancel your every document (Case/Agreement) you have to just open your complaint link and resolve your complaint as soon as possible, if you have any query regarding the complaint then you can call or mail us, and if complaint was not resolved by your side then it's completely your responsibility, so if you want to close this matter with company resolve your complaint immediately. This is very embarassing that after two years again they are torturing like this.
This is not fair to play the game with un-employed people..
