Sds Solutions — Threatening to attend the High court of Gujarat

Hi, I am Bhaskar. In 2018 my son have enrolled for a home based job in quikr.com .One day he got a call from one company SDS Solution. One lady talked to my son and she has sent him the details of the project and he have done it in time. But at last they told my son that he has not succeeded the target so you have to pay the amount Rs.5, 100. After that i have paid an amount of Rs.5, 100. After that i didn't get any calls from them.
But yesterday I got a call from one advocate sanjay patel from Gujarat High Court that he is demanding my son to pay Rs.27, 500/-. Otherwise you have to attend the court on 19.03.2021.
This is very embarrassing that after two years again they are torturing like this. He is still unemployed and some random guy comes after 2 years and start torturing him again. This is not at all fair to torture unemployed candidate.
