I have booked the seabird tourist bus from Bangalore to Hubli on 15th Feb 2019 and my pickup was from Marathalli and in the evening before 2.5 hours sceduled pickup they sent a SMS saying pickup van will not be sent and you have to come to Anandrao circle for boarding the bus. When I called their customer care they are rashly speaking and fought with me and cancelled the ticket without informing me.
When I reached the boarding point Anandrao circle at 11.15pm to board the bus that time they are telling your ticket has been already cancelled and i was stuck in the middle of the night with my wife without any bus. Please take strict action against them to behave properly with customers and this is not first time this happened...this happened many times. Was this information helpful? |
