What kind of service you provide and what pre-checks you do before starting the journey for long distance like pune - bangalore.
I am facing worst ever experience with you currently. I am stuck in between hubli - dharwad with your bus because of disruption in technical functioning. And there is no proper information that what alternative arrangement has been done. Since 4o'clock morning driver is saying alternate bus will arrive in 1 hour but it is 9 o'clock and we have not moved from our stucked state. Moreover, customer care is not responding properly.
In this scenario what is your suggestion that what onboard passenger should do??
Who will take the responsibility of my workloss and money loss??
I am experiencing worst ever journey of my lifetime and with this experience i will never travel again. Neither i would recommend anyone to travel.
Thanks for wasting my time and affecting planned activity without any regret!
Please have some shame and stop your bus services i[censored] can't manage.
