We (15 members) travelled on 12th of Feb from Bangalore to Belgaum in multi Axle Volvo departed on 11.50. There were few seats available and driver was asking for the people to fill those seats. He was stopping the bus at all locations in Bangalore and he managed to fill 3 seats and he took 600 Rs each. He was requesting me to give one seat as few of my friends didn't turned up.
When bus reached Hubli, again he started filling people in the place of guys who got down in Hubli. He managed to gather 23 seats and took 100 Rs from each one of them. The passengers who boarded the bus in Hubli were so disturbing and created unhealthy atmosphere.
When bus reached Belgaum around 8am (actual arrival is @ 6.30am) driver started arguing with passengers not to drop them to the main bus stand. After so many discussions, he agreed and dropped the passengers to bus stand. The driver behaviour was very bad and his way of talking to the passengers was very rash.
If this type of service continues with Sea Bird, then we have to think whether to book the tickets with you guys or not. This is not the only first instant happened, there were some happened in past also with me and my friends.
Hope you will take some serious actions on this to keep your reputation up as you always deserved.
