No proper bus Bad n arrogant behaviour of conductor and drivers Pickup was supposed to be at maratahllli bangalore and last minute call was made to come to anandrao circle Trip from bangalore to goa, after reaching ankola they complain of bus breakdiwn n send passengers standing on next bus from ankola to goa horrible service worst journey ever NEVER EVER TRAVEL BY SEABIRD

    The worst service provider

    Hi, all, I booked ticket for Bangalore from Pune on 24 Apr and the initial time they have given is 8:30 PM Puck-up at wakad bridge. But just 1 day before journy they changed the timing from 8:30 PM to 11:30PM. I asked for reason and they said that the actual bus was breakdown and they are going to arrange a new bus. I asked for refund and they said that the refund of fare will not be provided as the travel is going to be on the same day. After...

    I am Vinayak Bhat, I booked a seabird ticket for my fiancée Suvarna Bhat (Attached is the ticket details). Pick up was at jayanagar 4th block at 8 pm, she arrived there on time and tried to call seabird contact details given on ticket(number:[protected]). This guy received the call and said he will call back in 5mins. After waiting for 20 minutes, there was no call from other end, she tries to call but the number was busy. As everyone told the bus has already left the location, she somehow managed to get to Gandhi nagar. After calling the guy again to get the details of bus, bus number was quoted wrong saying bus number is 7767 when actual number was 7768. The guy talked rudely and later blocked me when i was asking for explanation. Please take necessary action to avoid this in future by taking action against him,

      I have online booked two bus tickets for my parents from Seabird Tourists for two night and three days tour package( Deluxe) from Bangalore to Mysore, Ooty and back to Bangalore W.E.F.[protected] to[protected]. In this package travels company included the complete transport and accommodation in hotel at Mysore and Ooty. But these tour operator has ill-legally collected 50 Rs from each passenger as guide charge and also collected 30 Rs from each passenger between Mysore to OOty as Forest Charge they also collected same amount from each passenger in return journey also for same purpose, However complete transport is included in package only. Moreover in return journey from Ooty to Bangalore their bus got defected at about 2130 Hrs on[protected] near Bandipur Forest range. Surprisingly the tour operators did not arranged another vehicle for passenger moreover they bluntly said that take any vehicle as own. When passenger requested them that we were already paid complete fair to company for package so it is the responsibility of operator to arrange vehicle but they did not arrange the vehicle, Hence at last my parents take one Karnataka Roadways bus and reached Bangalore and paid the fair from own pocket that was just ordinary bus however in package we have book for 2*2 push back seater bus. After that when we approached the Seabird Tourist office on their contact No. [protected] and Mobile No. [protected] they told us that contact our office at Anandrao circle for refund. When we contacted at office they told us that they refund Rs 250 only for per ticket, However they charged more than 700 Rs for Ooty to Bangalore. When we asked them that please refund that amount which is charged by them from Ooty to Bangalore but they refused our request. So it is requested please take up the case with company for refund Rs 1400 as ticket charge (700 Rs per ticket) plus 500 Rs as transportation charge from my residence to Company office and back. My ticket No. 2399188. Coach No KA-01-AA 2509. Passanger Name 1> Mr. Madan Singh and 2> Mrs. Mohan Kanwar. Seat alloted L7 and L8. Ticket was online booked on[protected].

        The drivers in the bus are rowdies and the service and time maintainace is 3rd class and very worst i had ever seen in journey history. I pick a bus at 9.00apm in dharwad and in ticket it mentioned they 'll reach bangalore at 6:00 am ..but the driver is so careless that he was stopping bus whenever he wants tea.When I asked he started teasing me and told he'll reach bangalore at 8:00am what u'll do he asked??

          Harassment and ill treatment to senior citizens by driver and conductor

          Do not travel by Seabird. Their bus staff is arrogant and ill mannered to the point of harassment. While travelling from Bangalore to Goa on a Seabird bus on 1st December 2014, my parents fell very ill and started vomiting. They were not able to bear the pitching and rolling due to rash driving in the ghat roads. For this the driver and the conductor started abusing in foul language and threatened to evict them midway in the dead of the night....

          Tour and Travels : seabirdtourists PNR : 2132743 date: 05/10/214 Fr: Mangalore To: Bangaloe Dear Sir, I would like to request for serious action against travel "seabirdtourist" as they cancelled the journey on peak season without proper communication; due to which i made a big loss in my profession. On the top of that they rejected to provide alternate arrangements and talked unprofessionally on call. Also, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT BACK FOR THE CANCELLED VOLVO; NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM THE SEABIRDTOURISTS. From m perspective, the public license for tourism should be taken away from seabirdtourist as they don't adhered to the schedule and behaviour; it is not easy to arrange the alternate on the last hours for the long journey when YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH YOUR FAMILY.           i have not received any update from seabird tourist customer service, they are not bothered about the refund and inconvinience caused to the customer.
          Kindly let me know the procedure to escalate it further.

            We booked a ticket inSea Bird Tourist from Bangalore to chennai on June 1st 2014 We arrived at our Boarding point madiwala, bangalore and showed the mticket in sea bird tourist office, the office person saw the ticket and asked me to cross the bridge and get the bus. We went by walk and found no bus there, at last we came to know the staff didn't check the mticket clearly. Their staffs were watching TV and misguided us. We went over to the office again and inquire them why did you misguide us and they started to behave very rude saying that you should bring printed tickets its your fault. Then why the hell do they mention on their site as "bus can be boarded by showing mticket". illiterate and idiotic people. The scheduled departure time was 11.15pm but the bus came only at 12.00pm at Sea Bird tourist madiwala office. Their bus was even more pathetic, i was not able to sleep properly, the bus driver behaved rude to customers he didn't stop at requested places. They wont even have time to hear what we say they just kept on watching TV. Please avoid Sea Bird tourist. It is one of the worst i have ever experienced.

              SEABIRD TOURISTS- From Bangalore To Mysore Ooty 1n 2d (Dlx)
              Hi I have travelled with Seabird tourist (ITDC) on 30th May 2014 for Mysore-Ooty (2 Days-1-Night Package) with ticket number- 1927382.

              As per the ticket the journey should start at 6 Am in the morning from Marathalli, but the journey was started at around 7 Am, that to not from the location mentioned on the ticket (i.e. Marathalli, Seabird office) but from a Marathalli bridge location which is far away from the seabird office. The change in location was not been conveyed to me after repetitive calls to the seabird customer care number given on the ticket (Seabird Tourists ([protected], [protected]). No body pick up the phone after 30 minutes of repetitive calling on the umber and finally the person on the other side picked up the phone and provided me the transport officer mobile number, who then told me about the change in the bus starting journey location.
              This is really an unplanned change though I have specifically asked many times to the customer care agent about the location while booking the ticket to avoid any issue as I am travelling with my aged Parents. This is really an unprofessional behavior by seabird tourist officials. As reached the place at 5.30 am early morning and they not even bothered to convey us the change in location.
              After getting in the bus and travelling for an hour we have changed the bus again at Seabird tourist Anand Rao circle office. After entering the new bus I Observed the bus was a total mess the seats were not proper condition the pushback function was not operating. The seat number 16 (a window seat) which is given to me was Closed with an iron sheet (for a safety exit door) was making a lot of noise I was not able to sleep throughout the journey due to its loud noise. I have complained about the same to the tour guide but he has rude and done nothing to it.
              For the second day journey we have been given a mini bus (Bus Number-KS09-3414) the bus was in a bad shape, the window glasses were jam packed and was not opening fully. The tour guide was unprofessional and rude throughout the journey and was not able to give us proper Information about the tour journey. During the journey after reaching a shop named as “Cauvery Shop” between Mysore and ooty the bus got broke down and the driver asked the passengers to push the bus and then only it was started. I was worried about the Journey towards ooty which is all steep curve and turns road journey in the forest area.
              During the site seeing the Tour Guide (Mr Ravi) asked us to pay Rs 50/Per head for entry tickets to (Forest entry Charges + Botanical Garden). But I have observed he has not paid any amount to any place. When I asked him about the same he argued with me and other passengers.
              In the return back journey from Ooty to Mysore the bus stop at a Petrol Pump for refueling, then the bus engine got stopped again and though it was raining heavily outside still the driver asked all the passengers to push the bus from behind to get start it…It was really pathetic experience. If the bus would have broken down during the forest area, then what would have happened to all the passengers, It was really a horrifying experience.

              I was worried about the Journey towards ooty which is all steep curve and turns road in the forest area.
              After reaching to Mysore all the passengers were dropped and shifted to other bus which has a similar pathetic conditions the roof was leaking with water due to heavy rain the seats were wet, the driver was drunk and scolding the passengers for complaining about the bus condition.
              I feel like cheated by ITDC for not providing proper service as agreed by them, It really a broke my trust on ITDC and its pathetic Service Providers (Seabird Tourist In this case). ITDC is really not care about the safety of their passengers and as I have been cheated I need My Money back from the ITDC and Seabird Tourist.
