Very Very worst service

The drivers in the bus are rowdies and the service and time maintainace is 3rd class and very worst i had ever seen in journey history. I pick a bus at 9.00apm in dharwad and in ticket it mentioned they 'll reach bangalore at 6:00 am ..but the driver is so careless that he was stopping bus whenever he wants tea.When I asked he started teasing me and told he'll reach bangalore at 8:00am what u'll do he asked??...

Harassment and ill treatment to senior citizens by driver and conductor

Do not travel by Seabird. Their bus staff is arrogant and ill mannered to the point of harassment. While travelling from Bangalore to Goa on a Seabird bus on 1st December 2014, my parents fell very ill and started vomiting. They were not able to bear the pitching and rolling due to rash driving in the ghat roads. For this the driver and the conductor started abusing in foul language and threatened to evict them midway in the dead of the night....
