Seabird Tourists — Unethical behavior from driver and other support staff.

Dear Sir,

I booked seabird bus ticket to travel from Bengaluru to brahmavara on 10 jan 2020. my boarding point was Jayanagar 4th block and time to board was 8 PM.(Attached bus ticket for your reference).

The entire incident about communicating one small matter "that bus was broke down and another bus will take me till that bus and i can reach my destination from boarding that bus" the complete staff members and the driver in the bus KA 01 AJ 4122 was completing failed to communicate this in a proper. they abused me with bad words.

I hope being a top travel company seabird will take this matter seriously and take the action against bus driver and staff( KA 01 AJ 4122)and the person in cargo office(i failed to note his name you can connect him through driver because it seems driver is well know to him).

The entire brief note about the incident are as follows.

1) The 1st incident was the boarding time was 8PM till 7.45PM i am not received any bus number details to my mobile number.

2)I contacted seabird office to get bus details and they informed me bus was stuck in traffic it will take time reach to jayanagara 4th block and they provided the bus number KA 01 AJ 4122 and driver number was [protected].

3)From here i faced a ridiculous experience the bus number KA 01 AJ 4122 reached Jayanagar 4th block on 8.30PM when I went to board the bus the driver and the staff members are saying this bus is going to GOA & they asked where you want too go I told brahmavara I just confused and I told your office customer care peoples suggested me this bus only instead of communicating in a proper way the driver and the other staff members abused me with some bad words and again I called to office customer care and they told me bus got brake down this bus will take me till Ananda Rao circle(Sea bird head office) and from there I need to board actual bus to brahmavara and I communicated the same to the driver and then he allowed me to sit in the bus to take till Ananda Rao circle sea bird head office.

4)Then he stopped the bus near Seabird cargo office and the driver asking me in a very harsh manner "from which bus you want to go". I told him I don't know that I booked the bus and u guys only need to tell which bus I need board to reach my destination. & the driver called one more person to address me(he is may be his friend) and told my concern and i told him driver is talking with me in harsh manner instead of talking with driver he stared scolding to me and he is also abused me with bad words. and he checked the details but he unable to tell what is the bus number I need to board where it will come.

5)Again i called to the customer care office and they informed that is the cargo office he stopped the bus now. he will again take me to seabird head office there bus number KA01 AH 8259 will come i need to board that. I communicated the same to driver again and he taken me to head office.

6) I waited nearly 45 min in front of head office and at last bus came and I reached brahmavara.

I hope seabird will take action against this abusing in a bad language is completely not acceptable. being a top tours and travels company you should concentrate about this. because every passenger will travel for some purpose there may be emergency purpose also. Manner less drivers are treat passengers like this it was a big problem for an each individual passenger.
