seagate hard disk — very bad service

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 27/07/2017 Thursday, I got the above order deliverd . The hard disk was tampered at the time of delivery and Condition of hard disk was same which the attachment of photos sent to you .

We agreed at the point that you will call me and update the status of the replacement of my product .

Under the Consumer Rights Act you are required to deliver the hard disk to me at the good condition. As I had still received tampered and it is past the agreed that the replacement of my product will be replaced with the recertified with the good condition, I believe you’re in breach of contract.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act I am giving you a final opportunity to deliver the product with good condition.

As I said that already I have registered the complaint against the hard disk which was not working properly at time of my useage in couple of times as I purchased my product on 29/10/2016 through AMAZON online shopping at 3 July 2017 my product has stopped working I registered complaint against the product to seagate through tele communication which provided me case no 08784859 on 3 July 2017 through tele conversation the seagate team suggested me to replace the product through ACCEL FRONLTINE which is authorised by seagate as I submitted my hard disk with neat condition of serial number NA96TXH7 and I got replaced Through SeaCare, Your Seagate Drive with call id SGTHYD[protected]DW Replacement drive will be couriered to you Seagate Drive has been shipped out thru GATI. Doc No[protected]. Ref: SGTHYD[protected]DW which has been delivered on 27/07/2017 with the damaged condition as I an recertified which the condition of product is not properly working as the serial number is NA7XA7A7 seagate as on 31/07/2017 I raised an case number 08838562 again that the product which I got replaced is not in good condition for working as I need an replacement has registered an compliant and also some the conversation with the team Siva and Neha which they provided me support for the issue as I request to the seagate that kindly provide me the hard disk with good condition that I respect the seagate and trust so please kindly do the favour for the above issue which is not been solved . Please find my all attachments which has sent to the team and this is not fair that the commitment of the team was not right as the team gave me the word that the issue would be solved and update me immediately today i.e 31/7/2017 which has not done till now and I respect you all please kindly solve my issue with needful . I am here to state that I was late to raise the complaint on the same day of the delivery of replacement product that is on 27/7/2017 Thursday as I was to travel to other state due to personal work Which I provide the attachment of document proof of tickets which I traveled for these days from 27/07/2017 to 31/07/2017 of period of time so I again request the seagate for the delay of my side and take an immediate action .
