I purchased a 2 tb hard disk from amazon on 28 oct 2018, but now my hard disk not detecting to my laptop now i am trying to contact with seagate the call not getting connected with the executive, i have already mail to seagate but no response from seagate. The data i have transfers on hard disk it is very important data want to recover the data, but there is no option to contact with the seagate, very poor service. Was this information helpful? |
