Seagate Technology — hard disk not working (seagate 2tb hard disk purchased from amazon on 28 oct 2018)

I purchased a 2 tb hard disk from amazon on 28 oct 2018, but now my hard disk not detecting to my laptop now i am trying to contact with seagate the call not getting connected with the executive, i have already mail to seagate but no response from seagate. The data i have transfers on hard disk it is very important data want to recover the data, but there is no option to contact with the seagate, very poor service.
