I purchased a 2 tb hard disk from amazon on 28 oct 2018, but now my hard disk not detecting to my laptop now i am trying to contact with seagate the call not getting connected with the executive, i have already mail to seagate but no response from seagate. The data i have transfers on hard disk it is very important data want to recover the data, but there is no option to contact with the seagate, very poor service....

No response from Customer Care Executive and 4 time failure in their stupid service, enough is enough ! I didn't know when I used my Pc last time? Hell ! 1) Purchase date: Sept 27, 2012 (Seagate backup plus portable 1 TB Hard Drive)
2) The product stopped working after 6 months of purchase
3) I tried to locate the service centre in bangalore (only 1 exists)
4) Beside all these facts (also that my HD is under warranty) I went for replacement on: May 11th, 2013)
5) The company policy for warranty is they will replace the disk under warranty without any fee. Still...
