Searchline Database Pvt Ltd — Wrong commitment and deposit amount not give refund | |||
I had registered with Searchline Database Pvt. Ltd. from Vadodara Branch office. and Head office in Ahmedabad. I choose 200 pages starter plan. In this plan, they charges Rs. 7500 /-. From This charge Rs. 6000/- deposit refundable (Rs. 1000/- per month) and Rs. 1500/- processing fees not refundable. I have paid Rs. 1000 in cash and Rs. 6500/- by cheque. When i did agreement, that time that person (Mr. Ajay Sharma) commited to me that whatever pages are correct, according to your correct pages, u will get payment from us. I comfirm with him that if i did 150 pages then, he said you have to submit 200 pages eighter correct or not. I also confirm about deposit amount, he verbally commited that u will get your deposit 1000 every month for six month if you do work or not. I got a data for work on dated 20-July-2016 via mail from searchline database after followed up 3-4 times. I submited data (200 pages) on dated 20-Aug-2016 by mail. I got a confirmation report from company. I got QC Report on dated 24-Aug-2016 by mail from the company. In that report i have seen all pages are incorrected and payable payment amount was nill. and it is impossible. Because anyone start new work, he / she check the data twise. same as i also check first 10 pages line to line. So is not possible to incorrect all pages. I called to Mr. Ajay Sharma about this. He said that send me that QC Report and i sent mail to him on same day. Next day i call him to discuss about this matter, he said that your all pages are incorrect so you will not get any amount because QC report is nill. So i sad to him that what about my deposit amount as per our agreement Rs. 6000 (Rs. 1000 Per month * 6 months). Mr Ajay Sharma said that u will not get your deposit also due to your all pages are incorrect. So i want to cancel my agreement with searchline database Pvt Ltd. and i want my deposit refund. I have recently enrolled for the 200 pages plan for which i was paid 7500 Rs. I made a mistake for paying such a high amount for 200 pages. Now they want 100% accuracy which is highly impossible also one page consists of 55 lines approximate which comes around 1 and half page. So for typing 14 pages per day you take half an hour so do the math. You take 7 hours of your day to type the pages, also you have to check for any minute error. It is not possible to make any errors when we are typing fast. Another challenge is their software, which is tedious to use. I neither got any payment as they marked silly mistakes nor the deposit amount. Mind you searchline database, I have never informed about this that my deposit money will be refunded only if I submit pages on time. I want, rather I say I demand my deposit refund from you.
My name is Sushma Thakur and I am working with many Data entry companies. I Agree that there are many fraud companies in this field but after working with
Searchline DataBase Pvt.Ltd. and some other companies i got trust and faith that companies actually pay if you have achieved your target and accuracy level
as per the terms of the company.
Initially i was also influenced by such negative comments but then I realized that these comments are from those people who don't work or want money
for their garbage work submitted having zero accuracy. They just spread rumors that company is fraud so that they can threaten and steal money from the company.
There is a negative comment about every other big companies like samsung, LG, wipro, TCS, TATA etc. but it doesn't affect their dignity.
These negative people don't read the terms of the product or service to use and just post negative comments as they don't have any work to do.
So guys don't be influenced by such comments of negative people. Work hard and Follow company's terms they will surely pay you.

whether they really pay or not
