SEBI — governance over shares of companies under nclt

Each day i'm silently watching my money erode in front of eyes and i'm helpless. I am one of those minority shareholders of companies under nclt axe who are trapped in the mirage. The fate of these companies were not known earlier and looked potentially lucrative due to likelihood of companies with strong fundamentals taking over.

The shares of these companies under bankruptcy act kept trading freely increasing interest and expectations of investors/traders especially new entrants. The exchange allowed the shares of electrosteel, bhushan and likes to trade openly inspite of the huge risk and the likely result perhaps already known to the exchanges/specialists.

The minority shareholders did not even get an exit option till date. Losing almost all the money put in such shares is too harsh/too hard a way to learn.
On behalf of all such minority shareholders, whom i assume to represent, request the government & sebi to kindly look into the serious consequence that we are about to face and bail us out.

With great expectations!
