Self — Account freeze

My account is freezed since 15-16 days .
I Have raised a complain afterward they asked 10 questions then I have answered all . After I want to call fi customer support but they only said that your query is forwarded to concerned team . My all money is stuck there . What should I do please navigate. I am fully frustrated from this bank policy. While opening account I think the service is very customer friendly but this is the worst experience till.
