Sir, my name is rajkumar. I have booked three tickets for movie kala on 10 june 2018 at s2 cinemas at spectrum mall at screen 4 with seat numbers (C13, c14 & c15) at7:45 am. As my mother has been hospitalized due to severe heart attack, we are in a position to take care of her and unable to watch the movie. Taking my situation into your consideration, please cancel my tickets and issue a refund.
