Self — cancellation of order

I have ordered one chicken malai tikka. Charges was ₹296. Merchant is patiala restaurant. Within no time i cancelled the order.
I got the message that 100%amount will be debited. By mistake i click ok button. With few second i realise my mistake and respond to redone the order.
They immediately refused and 100%of charges debited.
I kept on requesting but they people are not listening.

Sir I am Amit kadam.i was cancelled my ticket PNR [protected].journey date was 22Aug 2019. But refund not paid by u up to date.please help me about this problem.your cancelled ticket transaction id -[protected] & bank refund transaction id is [protected]. Amount of refund is 205 rupees.
