Hello Team,
After repeated requests to disconnect my broadband connection on 23rd June'18 bearing the number[protected], still I can see it's not yet disconnected.
I have been charged for July'18, August'18 with 1175.0 & 1355.0 rupees respectively though I am not using the broadband since 23rd June'18. The money has been deducted from my account due to auto payee option was enabled in my account.
After repeated call to customer care they mention saying
They are going to disconnect the connection soon.
Whatever money has been deducted for July'18 & August'18, they are going to revert it back through NEFT.
But still I can not see any progress till now. I have attached the payment receipts of July'18 & August'18 month for your reference.
It would be great if you can do the needful to revert the money back & disconnect the connection soon.
