Self Employed — Complain about staff of state bank of india

I am the customer of SBI (49 santoshpur kol-75) i went there for update savings book by machine.but it was not printed properly .i went to cash counter & ask to print my book manually.the yong man with specs insulted me.i was insulted &depressed.pl do action as soon as possible.he is sitting in the cash counter.do action as soon as possible.
