Self Employed — illegal construction

This is regarding the residence : be-107, ground floor, street number 2, hari nagar, new delhi -110064. (Opp chawla store,)
There is an illegal construction on the ground floor as they have covered unwanted road/street area in front of their gate which cause lot of inconvenience for the people who live there.

Looking forward to get it fixed asap.
