and no any update to your customer care team .
your executive regularly cut my phone not provide actual update misguide to me.
Friday they give surety about return fund up to Wednesday now they told first collect material and refund money
material not pick up by courier is my mistake or your mistake then why delay Refund.
I purchase on credit card and make in 3 EMI so please help me my bill generated
Each time customer office told any seiner call to me within 10 to 20 min but till time no any call received me from your team vice versa told me what is your process in such case.what is why your refund process is different other on line saler.
