To Cenetral Bank Of India Dear Sir, Sub: Misbehaviour by Branch Manager I am Ballam Kr. Singh From (Motihari) Bihar, i am a self employee. i take Homeloan from central bank of india, branch- Hariyan Chapra(Basatpur),Branch Code 02367, Loan No- TL3187 dis -East Champaran (bihar)in 2008 in February, I want help from u. sir, 27/02/2008 ko loan approve hua aur us din se lekar till date tak meri EMI Update hai aur rest amount 1.5 lakh hai. jo main by stolement bhej dunga but bank manager ka kahna hai ki tum within 2 month me total amount pay karo. nahi to tumhari property ki Nilami ho jayegi. Aisa KYO? Jab koi loan leta hai apne property/Assets ko save karne ke liye but yaha Manager ko apna Ulta kanoon use kar rahe hai main EMI de raha hu aur mujhe loan ke samay aisa kyon nahi kaha gaya ki jab hamara man karega hum aapko pressure dal sakte hai aur amount return karwa sakte hai. If agar maine within 2 month me amount nahi diya to meri property nilam kar di jayegi i have all total receipt jo bank se mili hai so main Case ko process me rakhkar please help me Sir: main total amount ek sath nahi de sakta hu mera eligibility stolement me return karne ki hai Thanks & Regard's Ballam Kr.
