Self — extend my net service - joister

Dear joister team,
I would like to bring few points to your notice.
Kindly note following points
1- the joister internet service for the account [protected] was completely down from 27th of march 2020 to 27th june 2020.
2- it was very difficult to work from home during this whole lockdown without internet as there is no mobile network available at home. It was a very bad experience for us with respect to joister internet servics. As there was no response from your side in the initial days of the lockdown. Whereas the internet service providers were considered as essential service providers still the service was not upto the mark. We used to literally go to your office every alternate days which is exactly situated at the backside of our building but none of your executive meet us. On checking the register at the security we found that the attendance for the day was already done.
3- after a lot of follow up of continuous 3 months your executives turned up and resolved the issue.
4- as per the telephonic discussion with your customer care executive we were assured that we will be getting this 3 months of internet service extended in our current plan.
5- the extended 3 months has not yet been updated in the profile.

Kindly look into the matter asap as already this has put us in a lot of trouble during the complete lockdown of 3 months.
