I am vikram gaur and i took membership of club jiva in march 2015. my membership number is cj/aa/b/c299. I was also fooled by one club jiva representative standing near road side and telling us that we have won the bumper prize in club jiva scratch card. i was taken to club jiva property ( or fake) near fort agunda. there i was given a one hour presentation and was persuaded to take the membership . i gave 40000 and took the membership for 4 years. i was told many fairytale stories and i believed them. but now from last four or five times i have tried to get the bookings done and every time i get the same reply that there is no availability. i know i have been looted by a cheat club and i got fooled . but this time despite telling them 40 days in advance i was not able get the bookings for jodhpur and that to in off season. I got the same response that no bookings are available please give some alternate dates. i am from army and i get leave and then i cant change it because club jiva is not having availability. i want to take strong legal action against club jiva and want to take back every single penny i have given them .
