My order number is[protected]..I ordered wajbee 2 jeans on 4 th November..I received item on 8th November.. the same day 8th November I send request for return the item..reverse pick up done but they collect only 1 jeans ..again I called customer care at least 10 times.every calls they replied we registered they will come...now 15 days complete.. for customer care call only I lost approx 100 rupees...till now I didn't get the solution
Central govt announced use bank bank atm card use to any bank atms in without service charge at too Dec 31 but karur vysyabank it's debited my in account with service charge ruppe 11.50 in every day use what is the process and y should u announced this advisement I want a reason
Suddenly deducted amount Rs.80/- from my prepaid Airtel mobile account, mobile no..[protected], on[protected] and I am not used any value added pack.

      My (Pran) :[protected] today i attempted to log in, though the password etc. Were correct, they offer strange secret question, which also i have given a correct reply, on making several attempts they have locked my account instead of help to re-set whilst providing them the details. The number suggested by them on the website, there is nobody to pick and answer to solve the query. How does one move when there is no way to move ahead.
      This has reference to the query/grievance raised at “Consumer Forum”.

      We would like to inform you that your query/grievance has been resolved and the status of the same has been sent to your email ID registered in the Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN).

        On being received calls from reliance offering portability of my exiting number [protected] from existing airtel operator to reliance, i completed all the formalities about a week back, i was delivered a blank sim card on same day and was promised that the same will be started with two hours. since then even after passing of week nothing has happened. i am in regular touch with reliance at numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected] without any result. now the persons at these numbers even did not bother to pick the phone & if called them from different number they simply replied that i am on off today pl call tomorrow. or make a complaint at reliance center. i request to the concerned authority to take stringent action against the person using the said mobile number should be immediately removed from service & also request to reliance to pay back my rs 300/- which i have paid for portability & new sim & also would like to request to all "not to opt reliance"for portability, in any case, as there is no one in reliance to look into your grievance

        I recd a call from reliance ( no. [protected]) intimating that my mobile no. [protected] Is already activted. To my great surprise and shock the sim card Sl. number which is issued to me by reliance is not the same which has been activated. This is a clear case of forgery that mobile number issued in my name is activated to sim which is used by some one else. I am going to lodge an FIR against Reliance so that I may not be held responsible for misusing my documents. I also request to kindly discontinue my number [protected] with immediate effect. I am adding the images of sim cards issued to me.

            This is regarding road safety for road user.In sec 39 west road( opposite to sabji market on tuesday) opposite to Maloya road link people with their vehicle are in the habit of coming from wrong side insted of crossing a circle, which becomes very tough for road user.Even CTU bus driver also follow the same wrong path with such a big vehicle.It may lead to vital accident.               From last few weeks I am receiving unwanted calls from a Reliance Jio number [protected]. Can anyone help me to track the owner. It seems the person is known to me as he knows many things about me. This incident is happening from quite some times. Calls are normally coming around midnight and sometimes continuously.

                  Daughter lata booked a suv 0n 16th august to go to airport at 7 a. m. on 17th with 3 children and a lot of luggage. instead a car was sent.in spite of repeated directions on phone, driver parked car down the street and sat. i had to search him out and get him. he was inchoate and seemed drunk. luggage couldn't fit into the boot and a box ha to be put on the front seat, with her squeezing into the back seat with 3 children and their backpacks.
                  Had a similar experience 2 months back when i booked a car for his going to the airport at 6.30 a. m.. at 6.15 i was informed that no cab was available, leading to a frantic scramble to get a cab.
                  Disappointed. am deleting ola app from my phone.

                    Worst company ever...i just received a call from open2kart. they offered me free gifts like u all. He, after some time of talk, told me to open open2kart.com and choose one offer. Then I got a doubt and I opened reviews of open2kart. All reviews were saying that this is fraud company and then i opened my truecaller to get the info of that number. true caller showed that number as Fraud Online Company.
                    I told that guy to open google and search for his companies reviews but that guys was still insisting me to purchase and told that you can record my call etc.
                    I told him that I will purchase but you have to send me a mail from ur company's mail id and with ur company's id card and any govt id card.
                    Thay send me a mail but i think they first created a new mail id "[protected]@outlook.com". So that it should look company's mail id.
                    I was still not in any scene to show trust to them and finally they cut the phone.

                    Any company which is not offering COD, is not good company.

                      Reliance SIM Car (4G) to be delivered yet to delivered through Blue Dart few days back.

                      Mean time I have received and SMS with 3 different Way Bill Numbers as mentioned below, that the consignment ( cover) has been delivered to my address (9, Park View Palace, Park View Road, United India Colony, Kodambakkam, Chennai 600 024 Land Mark: Anna Park). But we did not receive any consignment received from Blue Dart Courier.

                        We live in 14th main road. And this 14th main road have heavy traffic with school students, children and visitors to al block park daily. We found some of the electrical boxes in the 14th main road near the park is in unsafe condition with no proper protection. Either the boxes is not completely covered with doors or the doors not even there for the boxes.                                 This is the worst experience i have ever had with any site/shop.
                                I have ordered 4 items. I will take them one by one:
                                1. Tv cabinet (#[protected]): ship time is showing as 11th may and it is not even shipped till now on 22nd may. I got lame answers that the product is ready and will be shipped tomorrow. That tomorrow is not coming for past ten days. Obviously, someone has rightly said - tomorrow never comes.
                                2, 3. Shoe rack and book shelf (#[protected] and #[protected]): this is an amazing story. I called them when after ten days placing an order on 5th may, the order still didn't go into the processing stage. I got an answer, sir the vendor houseful is no more making your products and the products have been cancelled. Now, i had planned a visit for family and friends on 6th june. And i can see it is ruined already. None of the items is going to arrive even in one month's deadline. Amazing part is that they informed me when i called them. Had i not called i would still be waiting for the items to arrive.
                                4. Coffee table (#[protected]). For this i got an answer that the product has been approved, but it will be some delay in delivery date. The page was showing shipping time withing 15 20 days and product details shows it after 1 month. Great job.

                                The most beautiful part is that i have escalated the issue and got complaint id not once not twice but thrice.. And everytime i got a stupid mail that my query will be answered within 8 hours and everytime i wait for 3 4 days. The ids are: 57084, 57910, 57912

                                Looks like the young ceos, just to satiate their hunger of opening a startup, opened this fraud site where they did not pay attention to the customer satisfaction and just opened it so that they can sell it off one day and sit back with all the money, sending all the customers in misery (I think it's been sold off already and all my money is gone). This is the first company where you cannot escalate the issue to higher authorities.
                                Now, not only i want my products right now but also i want my 50% money back. I have a gathering on 6th june and because of you guys i have to go through a great humiliation.

                                        Yesterday night, I had a nightmarish experience at Besant Nagar Beach. I was strolling in the beach, all of a sudden, two dogs confronted me. They were ferociously barking and rushing forward to attach me on either side. Timely two policeman who were near the police booth intervened and saved me from dog's bite. I am daily witnessing some stray dogs are after someone daily. Hundreds of stray dogs are roaming in the beach particularly on the walker's platform and the skating ground. I was Very happy at that time but within 3 years small bubbles appeared on the Screen but i neglected and now it has gone on the entire screen. Now it is in a stage that we cannot view the screen also. Then, I apprached the dealer he said that MOdel has been failure from Company side. After 2 days, Technician approached our home and said -Model has been Failure from Company side, U directly talk to customer Care for the Next Process.                                               Om… Om… Om…, We are using your Ghee since last six months in Dubai. We purchased Ghee from Al Adil supermarket. Ghee making a sound while making hot, like your pot having wet while hot and you put Ghee in wet pot in the same time. In another way we can say making bubble sound. One more question is your Ghee price in India is RS. 450 (Including Tax etc.) and in Dubai is almost double (No Tax here), why like this? I had used my homemade ghee and I don't remember that I heard that kind of sound ever (like bubble sound) while doing hot. Kindly do the necessary lab tests before send to market.                                               On 21st jan 2016 i accidentally break my mobile display and same day i called apps-daily customer care. I went according to there procedure and submitted my mobile to customer center (Vashi). I submitted my nokia lumia 730 on 22nd jan 2016. On the very same day i got an mail, that my mobile damage is been approved. I got there approval letter at same time and they assured me that i'll get my mobile after 21 working days. I called the customer care on 17th feb 2106 for my mobile status. No one received my call, they kept me on hold for more than 30 mins. I kept calling them for next 3-4 days, but every time same thing happen. Finally on 21 feb 2016 someone received my call and they replied that the server is down so call later. Again on next day same thing happen, no one received my call. So finally i went to the customer center where i submitted my mobile. Then the branch manager talked to the customer care that too after requesting many time and talking rudely. Then he contacted to company and they assured me that, i'll be getting my mobile on 6th march 2016. And today on 6th march 2016, again the same incidence is going on. No one receiving the call. And when i checked the status online, its still showing that my mobile is under repair and they will contact me soon.

                                                    I get a lot of calls from bank call centers and they offer a lot of offerings like: Personal loan Lifetime free credit cards Free vouchers on certain credit cards The procedure they follow for this is that their executive demands a lot of documents which has sensitive information like: 1. PAN card number which is a password for some of my documents 2. Account number, date of birth, billing address in my account statement 3. My salary which could be tipped off to local robbers All these documents are connected and stored in an unsecure way. This is happening especially when credentials are stolen by illegal organizations. Also while opening a bank account, ICICI bank did not accept my registered rent agreement stating that this document is not in their list. Then what is the meaning of the government authority who has registered the agreement and police verification is also done on the address. Ironically, the bank official said that once you complete 6 months with us, we will change your address without any address proof. My question is: Are bank officials trying to help RBI or trying to make a hoax of the regulations imposed on them? Similar thing is happening with mobile operators but that is a different story and I will raise this with TRAI.
