Self — Fraud loan issued on my name by changing mobile and otp of my official phone by hacking

My self, have lodge complain on Twitter Portal Bajaj FinServ regarding delay of loan, on which mobile no was asked, so I have shared the mobile No on Twitter handle of Baja finserv. I got a call Named As Pankaj stating person of Bajaj Finserv. from Mobile No [protected] on 19/02/2021 at 09:28hrs
He asked me the issue faced by Bajaj finance on which I have explain him the detail that my loan is process since August 2021 and they have given 4 date but failed to sanction loan on date. By hearing my problem he said sir I am sorry for delay, you just have to installed Two app and would come to know why the thing is getting delayed. He said I will guide you and you must do accordingly on which I got agreed and he asked me to install Slice App and Quick support app on background. I filled all the required detail as said by him on slice App and uploaded My Aadhar card and photo and after filling it was showing Rs 111000. When i question him he said it is sanctioned amount as per your credit limit so please do not bother you will know why it is not sanction Please make it submit.
On submitting I got a message form Quick support to enter mobile No. He asked me to fill the [protected], Again I question him why this no. he said it the no. through which we handle the complain and in the mean time OTP was automatically accepted on quicksupport app and shown the message done. He said you have to delete the Slice app and installed other Bajaj Wallet. But again, I question him if this was not Bajaj supported app then why you have asked me to download and filled detail on Slice app. He replied sir don’t worry it’s genuine app and it is related to Bajaj FinServ only but the app is not working so you have to download the other app.
In the meantime I got a message on twitter portal and phone form landline no. [protected] and explain her the process done. She replied me sir please do not respond such call we never ask and guide such thing and there further I stopped for downloading the another app. The Pankaj (frauder) then made a call and I said you are not genuine why should I download another app and I disconnected the phone.
On next day 20/02/2022 when I went to office and gone to my official email, I got a mail for Sliceit.com that loan is sanctioned on your name. I immediately replied through email to cancel the sanctioning of loan on My name and proof id
At evening I have raised complain on @Sliceit_ (detail shared) on which they have asked registered mobile no. I have given him the both mobile No. They said the no. is not registered with SLICE then further I have shared the phone no on Pankaj [protected] they accepted that this no is registered, and it is pending for approval. Then i also shared the email which i have received then the twitter handle said that i have raised complain and forwarded to my legal team and will call you on 21/02/2022.
Today 21/02/2022 I was waiting for call, but when I found there is no call, I made a call to Slice on [protected], then I shared the complain request no 2430699. The person from slice said that sir please lodge a complain (FIR) and already amount of RS 110973 is sanction on the approved mobile no[protected] and you have to pay within 40 days used by frauder.
After speaking with slice representative, I made call to person [protected] @ 14:02 and asked him where you are, he started giving bad word and said what will you do. He has made no’s of call and I didn’t responded to his call.
