It's very painful to inform you that i am your customer since 2 years at garia branch (13022) in kolkata. My apollo advantage card number is "[protected]" & register mobile number is [protected]
I have one billing issue on 31/12/18...
Actually what happened... My bill amount of rs: 3395/- and my hc bal was rs:352/-
Your apollo staff is sending a otp code on that point of time due to some your technical problem i never got a otp code and suddenly my hc bal was rs-25/- (Negative bal.)... I have to pay full amount of rs: 3395/-
According to my payment currently my hc bal is rs: (352+10%of 3395) which i already have paid on 31/12/18... But currently my hc bal. Is still showing rs:-25/- (Negative bal.). I already have to speak with your customer care executive maximum time your number is ringing and by luck some times they pick up the call and told me that... Short out my problem within 48hrs... But it still the same problem...
I really frustrated about this problem...
Please solve the problem as soon as possible...
Either i'll go to another way...
