We have paid online for ordering pizza at domino's yesterday (gurgaon) at 9:10 P.M and we have not relieved the pizza yet. And when we called the staff informed that it will take 50 more minutes after half an hour already passed and till 12 P.M we waited but no success as we never received pizza. pathetic pizza and we lost our trust in domino's. Order No.: 835, and at 1:51 PM i received a call from a unknown number which i am assuming is from Domino's but till that time we were asleep and already 5 hours had passed.
It doesn't seem good to complain for this but i had friends visiting my place and it was embarrassing that we could not get our order. We need improvement in customer service, although we have lost trust in domino's and secondly i need my cash back. Thanks Was this information helpful? |
