Self — Low Power supply and third line of 3 Phase not provided

Sir, 1. This is inform that lately i am finding a low power supply to the meter and subsequently the same is observed in the Panel board current indicator as low due which no electric equipments are working, the connection is a agricultural connection and due which i am facing more problems. 2. As per connection/ installment letter the line is 3 phase, but when minutely observed only two connections are live while 3 line is not active, the same has been informed regularly but no action, every time you ask them to do a carbon cleaning, line man will say "sir apko to service wire change karna hai".
