WORST ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL I EVER DEALT WITH
TG is an extremely unprofessional company. I have booked for Hotel Udai Villas, Bharatpur for the Long weekend Holidays from 23rd-26th Jan.
Initially, after payment they sent me an email confirming the hotel. After 3 days, they came back saying the same booking has not been confirmed and they asked me opt for vogus alternative.
When I refused to take it, they said they will cancel and refund the whole amount within 5 days. When I re connected with them after 5 days, they said it will take one more week.
Now, I had to book the same accomodation at a much higer rate and had to run after them for the refund. Till today, the refund has not been initiated and they are not resolving this issue. Was this information helpful? |
