Then i was contact the mobile number then the officer was informed to me your problem will solve with in on week. after one week I was contact that mobile number but the number is switched off. Also I was contact in DG office from there they was told to me they don't get confermation from Kerala govt departments. Sir, I'm working in a dredging company ship as a welder, if got the cdc I can join my ship. I was passed the 10th exam at second chance. Sir, please help me it's my humble request.
