Self — package not received

I haven’t received one package out of two. One i received today ie14.12.2019. Both packages are only my used books. Books that r out of print and most valuable ones. Tracking number: ch[protected]us
I got a message while tracking as “your item is being held in customs at 12:41 pm on december 11, 2019 in chennai (Madras) sal, india.”. Thereafter i couldn’t track. I need the books urgently.
What to do, please. Please guide me to receive my books in the package.
