[Resolved]  Self — received fraud call ([protected])

I received a call ([protected]) from one person from Punjab court( he claimed) and asked me to call some lawyer in Mumbai. As per him I had a credit card from one of the banks while I was in Mumbai and I didn’t clear the outstanding amount in the credit card. Over period of time it has multiplied and amount reached to 65, 000. 3rd party for the bank filed a case against you in some court in Punjab and they are planning to go ahead with a legal case against you. I am sure it is a bogus call because when I asked for proofs/documents they were ready to close the issue/matter outside the court but we should pay the amount within 1 hour. I just wanted to inform you about this call so that you are aware of it. They have full details about mine previous company/Mumbai address/bangalore address but not ready to share details but threatened to be ready for court proceedings.
