Hi, I am Manoj Kumar the loyal Customer for Sony Electronic Appliances. I have Purchased Sony Bravia EX300 LCD in NIzambad Sony Exclusive Show Room. I was Very happy at that time but within 3 years small bubbles appeared on the Screen but i neglected and now it has gone on the entire screen. Now it is in a stage that we cannot view the screen also. Then, I apprached the dealer he said that MOdel has been failure from Company side. U can Approach the Customer Care, they will guide u on the next process of exchanging it. I approached Customer Care with Reference No[protected]. After 2 days, Technician approached our home and said -Model has been Failure from Company side, U directly talk to customer Care for the Next Process. If we change the Screen, it will cost u Rs18000/- better contact Customer Service for free Screen. Then I again appraoched CC with all these details. They given this Mail to Approach u. Plz help me guiding me for further Process and attached is the Invoice Copy of the Same with Serial Number and Model. I have Mobile, Camera and LCD f Sony but this LCD has given lot of trouble to us.
