Self — seats broken - max movies nerul

Max movie theatre, situated in haware mall, nerul.
Need urgent concern.. The seats are broken and still customers are charged for the seat. Why cant they repair the seats.. Or block those seats where customers cant even seat properly.

Even hygiene needs to be taken care of.

Please look into this matter urgently.
