Self — Shantigrama Toll plaza misbehaving

I have an IDFC First bank Fast tag which was taken near the shantigrama tool plaza in Hassan.
The incident took place on 28th November 2021.
I had maintained an account balance of 105 while checking in around 10:30 into the toll plaza without any notification of low balance the amount got debited.
While returning back on the same day around by 1 Pm the scanner is showing Low balance this was the first time the Low balance message was displayed.
And moreover while purchasing the tag the agent did not mention the min maintenance of the balance.

Even though the min balance in the account while going why it's been deducted if the min balance is less than 200.

What toll agents are arguing and behaving like Gundas in the toll.
This is not only happened to me in this particular toll plaza so many are facing similar kind of issues in that particular toll plaza.

They are very rude and do not even respond properly.

Request to kindly take an necessary action on them.
