Self — Street Dog Menace

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of WZ 187 Shri Nagar Colony, Shakur Basti (Gai no 4 ). This is to lodge a complaint about the stray dogs in out area. The count would be around 25. They make noise day in and day out. Due to these dogs, children in our colony stay at home. These dogs become active in night and create hue and cry due to which our residents sleep get disturb. Some of these dogs (looks like) have certain kind of disease as they always scratch themselves till they bleed. I am worried about the people as this might lead to some kind of epidemic.
