Smart card number - [protected] and another
I have two set up boxes.
We are not getting sun tv network channels (Sun, sun gemini and others) for the past one week. The screen reads "service temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, would restored shortly" the restoration has not happened for the entire week.
I had contacted the customer care number several times. After the ring, the voice says"that due to exigency the service is not available".
After repeated contacts, the customer toll number says"you had exceeded the number of attempts for the week" making our mouth shut for the entire week.
Please look in to the matter and restore the services of the sun tv network and also your exigent customer service. We are fed-up contacting you. Was this information helpful? |
