Self — tdr filed on 20th april 2019 but refund not received

Dear sir

I would like to inform that i had booked my travel ticket from samastipur to new delhi, the ticket detail is as, train no - 12553/ 2nd ac / no of passanger -3/ boarding point - gorakhpur, pnr no - [protected]. But unfortunately the ticket was not confirmed fully only one birth confirmed.in this case travelling was not possible. I had filed the tdr before 11 hr of departure time from boarding point gorakhpur for reference tdr status file enclosed with the complain. But till date i had not received the refund amount. I have a proof that i had not traveled after filing the tdr because i had booked another ticket for next day i. E 21st april 2019 and i had traveled with another ticket, detail is as, pnr no - [protected] / train no 12533/ class 1ac/ gorakhpur to new delhi / no of passanger - 3. So request to please do needful to refund. Tdr file copy enclosed for your kind reference.
