Self — Wrong toll tax deducted at Bhatia toll plaza GJ 05 JH 5186

As per rules and notification I have surat area vehicle registation and I residence at surat during I passed though Bhatia toll naka thry deducted Rs.115 but as per notification it should be Rs.15 please return my money in my account within two days also toll plaza man denied for take cash amount Rs.15 take uregnt action to return my amount
