I ordered grandmother cake blackforest + mixed fruit
worth 1999/-.
It was supposed to be delivered by today,
14th september but my order has not arrived yet. I want to proceed with refund.
My payment was done by Mr Rishabh Sharma from sendonlinecake.com.
He didn't provide me with any receipt.
It is basically a fraudulent website which cheats customers by uploading attractive cake photos downloaded from the internet. They rely on cheating and sweettalk only in their business.
No wonder they have been extremely successful in deceiving hundreds of customers into payment.
All they do is make their website look legit and safe.
I ordered the item at discounted price. The person( Mr. Rishabh Sharma ) told that he had two workshops in my location. I even contacted him a week prior to delivery so that he does not forget about my order. He said that order will be done in due time.
I ordered the cake on 14th september 2024. Right on that day, he blocked my number, email and stopped receiving my calls and messages. He also did not provide me a receipt of my purchase.
I think all the members of their family, Sudhir Sharma the ceo, Rishabh Sharma (son) and Tanuja Singh(wife of Rishabh Sharma) are daylight robbers and should go right to jail.
