Their communication was all over WhatsApp. They took full payment promising delivery in 1-2 days. It's the third day and no sign of any shipment. When called, they don't answer the call....

I ordered grandmother cake blackforest + mixed fruit
worth 1999/-.
It was supposed to be delivered by today,
14th september but my order has not arrived yet. I want to proceed with refund.
My payment was done by Mr Rishabh Sharma from sendonlinecake.com.
He didn't provide me with any receipt.
It is basically a fraudulent website which cheats customers by uploading attractive cake photos downloaded from the internet. They rely on cheating and sweettalk only in their business.
No wonder they have been extremely successful in deceiving hundreds of customers into payment.
All they do is make their website look legit and safe.
I ordered the item at discounted price. The person( Mr. Rishabh Sharma ) told that he had two workshops in my location. I even contacted him a week prior to delivery so that he does not forget about my order. He said that order will be done in due time.
I ordered the cake on 14th september 2024. Right on that day, he blocked my number, email and stopped receiving my calls and messages. He also did not provide me a receipt of my purchase.
I think all the members of their family, Sudhir Sharma the ceo, Rishabh Sharma (son) and Tanuja Singh(wife of Rishabh Sharma) are daylight robbers and should go right to jail.

I had made payment of ₹499 for delivery of chocolates. But delivery never came. After several weeks of follow up in lack of proof of delivery i was assured a revert on the delivery status, and then again they stopped responding on whatsapp number [protected] Nobody answerers calls on the only number provided. Their email address [protected]@sendonlinecake.com provided on website bounces. However they are open to take new orders when contacted from a different numbers. Attached proof of payment. No proof of delivery has been produced still.

Ordered choc n cake with 1600. Didn’t deliver and no further reply. Please take action. They spoiled my birthday plans

My order ID 437366 was received 10 days after delivery date and fixed time delivery charges were not refunded.

There is zero customer support. No response to emails and phone calls go unanswered. No office address provided. This is a fake company.

Beware! This website makes a profit by charging 20-25% of transaction costs on fixed time express delivery charges but delivering via usual post/courier.

For example, normal delivery charges will only be Rs. 50 but they will charge Rs. 200 promising fixed time or VIP delivery which will never happen.
