[Resolved] Seniority.in — No Login Access | |||||
I had been to their website to order a cervical collar for ₹250/- They asked me to login through OTP and I did. They received my payment, placed my order, but there was no estimated delivery date or availability of delivery. My money is deducted and the website is not allowing me to track my order properly. The website is not allowing me to login through any means or methods. Login through the OTP method is not working too. I think I lost my money because the collar was of an unknown company. I thought this was good as they were accepting international debit cards. But they trapped me and is a fraudster company. Please refund my money. I am not able to cancel my order too. Please tell me if the order is with you or not. Allow me to track my order and know the estimated delivery date. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Oct 22, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I had no login access when I tried logging in to their website at 9:15 p.m, so I sent my issues in a mail to them using their mail ID "[email protected]" and their reply came today morning.
They informed me that the login access to their website is disabled after 9 p.m because their working hours are from 9 a.m to 9 p.m
Thus they also informed me that my order has been shipped with "Xpress Bees (xpressbees.com)" and now I was a bit relieved from the fear I had.
They are not a fraudster company. I take back my words and I apologise to their company. I was impatient and scared. Sorry and thank you.
I logged in at around 6 p.m. to their website and checked that my order is on the way, also I had received a message from them to my mobile number via SMS regarding the same.
My issue has been resolved. | |||||
