I purchased a bathroom cabinet from seniority last month date: 10-aug-2020. Order id: [protected]
I got the damanged product with broken pieces of mirror. It was such a bad quality and bad package which i received. And i had initiated the return on the next day and asked for the refund.
Now it is 24 days got over, till now i didn't receive the refund amount rs 1539 to my account. "n" no: of times i called customer care, more than 15 emails i had sent to customer care. I am not getting any proper response and answer from the seniority team. Customer care is just asking me to wait and wait.
24 days to wait is not just a small thing. And i had waited enough time now. I am going to raise the consumer complaint directly if i am not getting the refund amount.
It was the worst experience i got from seniority and the team.
Seniority team is just trying to cheat the customers. Please don’t try to cheat customers and get profit from them.
Give me the details of the escalation team to contact for my refund amount. I had kept more enough patience with seniority. I want to go for escalation for this cheat case. Or ask escalation team manager to contact me asap.
