The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I had been to their website to order a cervical collar for ₹250/-
They asked me to login through OTP and I did. They received my payment, placed my order, but there was no estimated delivery date or availability of delivery. My money is deducted and the website is not allowing me to track my order properly. The website is not allowing me to login through any means or methods. Login through the OTP method is not working too.

I got the damanged product with broken pieces of mirror. It was such a bad quality and bad package which i received. And i had initiated the return on the next day and asked for the refund.
