Hi, I have purchased Videocon window AC model number VPW52cde1 on 3rd April 2010 & get it done AMC on 05/04/2013 from (Tek care India Pvt Ltd) Serial Number[protected] htct number 172253 HTC plan code-16, but i am facing lot of issues with AMC guys as they are not doing their duties properly & fooling me from last year as coil has some problem & it has to be replace but they are fooling me from last year that videocon company has stopped making coil from videocon ACs & now from last 10 days my AC was stopped due to Gas leakage again they started fooling me that they have shortage of guys so they even don't know when they will send guys to repair gas leakage, My question is if they don't have enough guys to do their duties then why they forced me to take AMC. Please look into this on a priority basis as i am facing lot of issues. Deepak Grover [protected]
