[Resolved]  Service Delight — Non-function of Kelvinator Refrigeratorg

Dear Sir, This is inform you that I had purchased a Kelvinator Double-door refrigerator from Great Eastern Trading Co.at Khadinamore, Chinsurah in West Bengal on 26.02.2015.The model no : KPP 242EBKT-FFB.Invoice No : 16/SA/1415/16668 dtd 26.02.2015.At first, it was fuctioning properly, but suddenly at present, it upper compa rtment is not functioning properly & as a result there is no formation of ICE-CUBES. I had complained at[protected] on 19.07.2015.I was informed via SMS my complaint no : KOL[protected] .Accordingly, one Mr.Raju(MOB No[protected]) had attended.He had also changed a spare-part & told me that it will be OK now.But still my utter surprise the cooling process is not functioning is not going properly. There is no formation of ice-cubes & at the sametime the lower compartment is not giving proper cooling effect.As a result, the vegetables & milk are rotting.I am at my wits-end what to do.Please do the needful at an URGENT basis.
